In 2017, we launched our Member Packages to reward the top employers in the market with beautiful branded employer showrooms, complete recruitment branding tools, all content types, career showcases & discounts. We have packages for every recruiting strategy whether you’re recruiting for your headquarters, nationwide locations, highly skilled or C-level positions.  

Front Page Sponsors

The featured companies on the Front Page and in the Site Menu are determined by the market. We do this by honoring the member companies who are our biggest clients in each market.  The first 12 Members at MVP Level get these positions locked in throughout 2017. After that, the positions are rewarded to the employers with the highest monthly subscription. If there are not enough MVP Members, all levels of membership will be considered with the top 12 being determined monthly.

Add More Showcases, Content, Career Listings & Locations.
Once you have established your “Headquarters” site package, you may want to add other locations or trade sites to your package. We have career sites in every state, major city & industry. And, when an employer buys a package on one of those sites, it demonstrates a commitment to providing complete information to the applicants. So, we want to reward you with discounts. First, on any site where you have a package, you can add additional Showcases & Content at the main package price. Second, you’ll get a discount on the package based on whether it is Cross-Posted or Unique Content. There are 3 ways to add a new locations.

Showcases
Showcases are additional pages that offer the same beautiful design elements as a Showroom. The main use is to recruit year-round for the types of employees you hire the most. You can also use them to highlight the most important elements of your company like benefits or culture.

Cross-Posted
We post everything from one site package to another. This could be a city, state or trade site. The content must be exactly the same including any tracking links. The cost is an added 50% of the original package cost.

Additional Package
If you want to add completely unique content to a new city, state or industry, you get 25% off of any package of equal or lesser value of the highest package in your portfolio.

Showroom Only
If you just want a year-round presence in another city, state or trade site, you can just add a Showroom Only Package. This is great for related trade sites or Restaurant, Retail, Hotel & other location-based businesses. Then you can add Showcases, Content or Career Listings as needed at your main package prices.

State Packages

For the ultimate coverage, we can cross-post everything from your city package to our NY State site, NYStateCareers. It must be the exact content to receive the discounted price. But, it also now qualifies as one of your “Locations”. So, you can now also add Showcases, Content & Career Listings just to NY State at your main package price.
