Automatic Upgrade to MVP Status
The Headquarters Package also gives you the ability to earn your way to MVP & Sponsor status simply by posting paid Career Listings on our network. Any employer who is spending $1600 per year on Career Listings on any site in our network is automatically upgraded to MVP. The first 16 to reach MVP on each site become the official sponsors of that site with their sponsorship locked in for the year as long as they continue to post fresh content each month. This gives them Front Page, Directory & Category Sponsorship on the City, State & Trade Career Sites of their main Headquarters Package. Current Clients who are already spending that amount per year on the site automatically qualify, have first priority and already have their slot reserved by us.

Our editorial team will approve each employer. Most companies will be publicly traded & highly recognized brands. They will also have at least 1000 employees in the United States, a Major U.S. Headquarters and a $1 Billion Market Cap. Employers should also have well developed employment & media/press sections on their official web sites. Respected PR & AD Agency representation is also preferred. Private companies will have similar verifiable credentials.
What content is eligible?
We have strict content quality guidelines and expect all copy, images, logos & videos to meet those standards. We post content at our sole discretion. We have the right to remove any employer or content at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
Do you work with Agencies?
We prefer it. Most of our agency relationships go back to 1998 when we founded our networks. Almost all of the companies we work with have agency representation. If you do not have representation, we require that your internal executives have similar abilities.
How does the credit work?
The credit covers design, hosting & maintenance for the Headquarters Package for one year. While we do not require a purchase, clients & agency clients will be given first priority. We apply it as a monthly credit.
Can I use the credit for other purchases?
No. The credit only covers the cost of the Headquarters Branding Package. It cannot be used for Career Listings or anything else. The amount of the credit, length of time it is available, which companies are eligible, the use of the credit or anything else concerning the credit are all our sole decision and can be discontinued at any time. The credit has no cash value and is not eligible for refunds. It cannot be used for previous purchases.
Are we charged for renewal?
No. Our plan is to offer the full stimulus for the first 5 years with no cost to the employers who are approved for stimulus. Each year, we will be determining which employers get to keep the stimulus.
What criteria do you have for renewal?
We reserve the right to end the program overall, deny renewal for any employer or remove content at any time at our own discretion without notice.
That said, the goal of this program is to offer extremely high quality, relevant and current content to applicants. Therefore, we want to keep companies in the program who are actively submitting high quality content and offering excellent opportunities to applicants.
And, as always, we give first priority to clients at the MVP level and those who are posting career listings & buying upgrades. Those clients will of course have better exposure and higher priority because that is what they are paying for. So, if we are receiving enough content from them, we will of course offer less stimulus supported services.
Can We Add Cities, States & Industries?
Yes, of course. All major companies have multiple cities where they have major hiring centers such as a regional headquarters, manufacturing facilities or your tech department. And, we are glad to review your major hiring centers to see if we can offer stimulus to give you Employer Showrooms in those areas as well. These areas would typically have at least 500 employees in certain types of jobs. For instance, we don’t offer this for retail or restaurant locations. But, we have specific add-ons we will offer you at a discount if you want to add cities where you have a major retail presence.
Do I have to pay if I’m not approved?
No, of course not. If you are not approved, you most likely don’t meet our editorial guidelines.

What happens after you select the top employers?
After we select our top employers to receive the stimulus, all other companies will have to pay the rate card for the Headquarters Package.
What are Branding Posts?
Branding Posts allow employers to give potential employees more information about the company such as news, executive interviews, employee success stories, benefits information, community information & anything else that promotes the employer brand. They cannot be about specific careers which should instead be included in Career Listings.
How do we earn Branding Posts?
Submit high quality relevant content by each weekly or monthly deadline. If our editors approve your content, it will be posted.
Do Branding Posts Credits roll over?
No. If you miss the deadline, we can post it the next month if it is approved, relevant & possible.
Does it include Career Listings?
No. Career Listings, Career Profiles, Career Campaigns & Bulk Career Listings must be purchased separately. As an added bonus, the companies who do advertise their careers with us will receive additional bonuses once they meet certain thresholds.
Does it include Sponsorship?
The Headquarters Package makes employers eligible for sponsorship. But, they are not locked in as a sponsor. So, they may be featured as a sponsor at our discretion. And, we might rotate companies in those slots. In order to lock in sponsorship, companies must either buy the sponsorship or meet the spending threshold for that site. This means that if you are posting a lot of careers with us directly or through a partner platform, you can be rewarded with a complimentary sponsorship on one or maybe more of our sites. How much is Sponsorship?
Sponsorship of course depends on the city, state or industry. For instance, an employer can lock in sponsorship on one of our small town sites by buying $512 worth of career listings on that site. However, a $1,600 spend on Career Listings across any of our sites would give you sponsorship on your Headquarters City/Metro, State & Industry Career Sites as long as you are one of the first 16 employers to reach that level.
How does Agency Spending Count Toward SponsOrship?
When qualifying an agency client for sponsorship or the MVP upgrade, we use the gross amount we bill the agency for that client to calculate the total spend. So for instance, agency fees to the client are not included in the total spend. Contact us for any questions.
